Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Fond account and all of your data at any time. This is operated by Marar Inc.

Delete from inside the app (fastest)

Open Fond and go to the Profile tab.
Scroll to Account and tap Delete account.
Confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.

What gets deleted

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. We remove:

Your account and profile (email, name, sign-in identifiers).
Every voice recording and attached image.
Every note, transcript, tag, and the people / places / activities derived from them.
The search embeddings associated with your account.

Deletion takes effect immediately; routine encrypted backups, if any, age out shortly thereafter. We retain nothing tied to your identity afterward.

Can't access the app?

If you no longer have the app installed or cannot sign in, email us from the address on your account at support@keepfond.com with the subject "Delete my account", and we will verify and delete your account and data, typically within 30 days.
